Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClickViral Media website ("Site") or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Services
ClickViral Media offers digital growth services including but not limited to Instagram follower packages, YouTube subscriber packages, social media management, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and branding. Service details, pricing, and delivery timelines are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Orders & Payments
All orders are placed via WhatsApp or our contact form. Payment is required before service delivery begins. We accept UPI, NEFT, major credit/debit cards, and PayPal (for international clients). All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on platform conditions, order volume, and other factors outside our control. We stagger delivery to ensure natural, organic-looking growth. Estimated delivery windows are mentioned on each package.
Non-Drop Guarantee
We guarantee that the followers or subscribers delivered will not drop below the promised count within the delivery window. If an unusual drop occurs during this period, we will top up the count at no additional cost. Minor natural fluctuations (under 5%) are considered normal platform behaviour and are excluded from this guarantee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once delivery has started. If we are unable to begin delivery within 7 days of payment confirmation, you may request a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Account Safety
We use only platform-compliant and safe promotion methods. However, we cannot guarantee immunity from actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) as their policies may change. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when purchasing our services.
Client Responsibilities
You must ensure that your social media account is set to public (where applicable) and that you do not change your username, make the account private, or delete the account during the delivery period. Failure to comply may result in incomplete delivery without eligibility for a refund or top-up.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of ClickViral Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
ClickViral Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, followers, subscribers, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
